Greetings,

I purchased a skin off of this site and paid via PayPal, but have not received a download link or file as yet. What is the normal wait time for this, and how the will the package be delivered?

Hi tm19,

It depends whom you purchased from.  PayPal purchases do not go to automated download links because certain types of PayPal transactions can take up to a week to clear.  PayPal sends notifications to the payee and at that point (and pending confirmation), the skin author emails the package to the purchaser.

Anyway, that's the way it's supposed to work in theory...

In your case, you purchased the Krystalware skin from me.  But I only got the notification today.  I'll be sending you a package this evening.

Rob,

No problem. In these days of instant (almost) everything one grows accustomed to instant software downloads as well. It may be good, somewhere on this site, to explain the relationship between PayPal and receiving the goods (I notice that there is another post in this forum along the same lines).

This is the second skin3 product I've ordered and been very happy with -- keep up the good work!
